"The Singing Club"
- Meets every Monday, 6:00 pm at the Corner Cafe (formerly J & J's Family Restaurant), 32 Public Ave., Montrose, PA (across from the Court House) "Make-ups" always welcomed!
We mourn the death of one of our beloved members, 1st Sergeant Evan Price, who went to sing in the Lord's choir on December 12, 2010. Evan had the gift of putting a smile on everyone's face with his dry humor and snappy comments. We will miss your poems and your musical leadership. "Mother" Jeanette has lost a wonderful husband. UPDATE: Jeanette Price has now joined Evan in the Lord's house. Together in life...together in heaven.
We also are sorry to hear about the death of former member and club president, John Webster. John was very active in our chapter until his illness set in two years ago. He will be remembered for his inquisitive mind and willingness to get involved with our many projects. We wish his wife Barbara, also a former Rotarian, our condolences on John's death.
